Dr.Hiru Bijlani
Founder and Managing Director
Founder and Managing Director of Goru, Dr Bijlani is a Doctorate in Business Policy and Administration, with a Bachelors degree (Honours) in Science and Master’s Diploma in Advanced Business.
With over 30 years of management experience in various organizations, Dr Bijlani has held careers in India, USA, Europe, Africa, the Gulf and South East Asian countries. Currently, he is the Master Licensee of LMI – India.
Author of several business and leadership articles, Dr.Bijlani has also written five books in English, some of which have been translated and published in other international languages.
Ashok Thussu
Co-Founder and Director
A key member of the Goru Management team, Mr Thussu has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
With a vast and varied work experience of 30 years in diverse areas, Mr Thussu has served as Managing Director of an IT firm, as international expert on competitiveness, risk analysis and general management, among many other strategic roles.
He is the author of several knowledge-based decision support systems covering corporate Governance and holds the copyrights of several management methodologies, training programs and decision support systems. His papers were published in several reputed national and international publications.
Mr. Ashok Thussu is a keen facilitator and life coach.
Tanya Bijlani
Director
A Bachelor’s in Economics and Communication from Stanford University and a Master’s in Sociology, also from Stanford, Tanya has fourteen years of work experience, most recently with Harvard Business School's India Research Center where she co-authored case studies on a variety of Indian companies with senior faculty.
Ms Bijlani has held business roles with internet and mobile companies such as Google and Webaroo in India.
In her first role as an analyst with Mercer Management Consulting (Oliver Wyman) in San Franciso, she worked on strategy cases for a variety of Fortune 500 companies.
